    Just like most of my recipes, I love things that are simple and quick to throw together that don’t sacrifice on taste! This one fits the bill! Just wash and gently combine the mixed berries, combine the lime and honey, and drizzle over the berries, gently turning them to coat. Chill and serve. Voila! Easy peasy!

    Ingredients

    • 1 pint of organic strawberries
    • 1 pint of organic blueberries
    • 1 pint of organic blackberries
    • 1 pint of organic raspberries
    • 1/3 cup honey
    • 2 Tbsp lime juice (about 2 limes)
    • zest from 1 lime

    Instructions

    1. Wash berries and place in a large bowl.
    2. In a separate container combine the honey, lime juice and lime zest. Stir until well mixed.
    3. Pour honey mixture into berry bowl and gently stir to coat the berries. Try not to squish the berries.
    4. Transfer to serving containers, small bowls or ramekins and serve.
